1. Editorial Independence

The Mohave Insider maintains strict editorial independence. Sponsorships, advertising relationships, or financial contributions do not influence news coverage, story selection, editorial decisions, opinions, investigations, or reporting outcomes.

Purchasing a sponsorship does not guarantee favorable coverage, prevent unfavorable coverage, or provide a sponsor with editorial control over The Mohave Insider.

All sponsored articles, advertisements, promotional features, or other paid content will be clearly identified as sponsored or promotional content when applicable.

2. 12-Month Sponsorship Commitment

All sponsorship packages require a minimum commitment of 12 consecutive months unless otherwise stated in writing by The Mohave Insider.

By enrolling in a sponsorship package, the sponsor agrees to maintain the selected subscription and make all required payments for the full 12-month commitment period.

Cancellation of a payment method, business closure, changes in advertising needs, lack of use, or a decision to discontinue participation does not automatically eliminate amounts owed under the agreed 12-month sponsorship commitment, subject to applicable law.

3. No Refunds

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable, including payments already processed for the current or previous sponsorship periods, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued because of changes in a sponsor's business operations, dissatisfaction with engagement levels, changes in social-media performance, failure to provide advertising materials, or failure to use available sponsorship benefits.

4. Recurring Payments

Sponsors enrolled in a recurring sponsorship authorize The Mohave Insider and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the billing schedule associated with the selected sponsorship package.

The sponsor is responsible for keeping payment information current throughout the sponsorship term.

5. Failed or Late Payments

If a scheduled sponsorship payment is declined, rejected, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, The Mohave Insider may temporarily suspend sponsorship benefits until the account is brought current.

This may include removal or temporary suspension of:

• Sponsor logos

• Website advertisements

• Social-media promotions

• Sponsored articles or features

• Sponsor recognition
  Late fees may apply 

• Event promotions

• Other benefits included within the selected sponsorship tier

Repeated failure to make required payments may result in termination of sponsorship benefits while any outstanding contractual payment obligations remain subject to the original sponsorship agreement and applicable law.

6. Sponsor Content and Materials

Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate logos, photographs, advertisements, business information, links, promotional materials, and other requested content in a timely manner.

The sponsor represents that it has the legal right to provide and authorize the use of all submitted materials.

The Mohave Insider may refuse or request changes to advertising or promotional materials that contain misleading claims, unlawful material, inappropriate content, copyright or trademark violations, or material inconsistent with the publication's advertising standards.

7. Sponsored Content

Sponsored articles and promotional features remain subject to The Mohave Insider's publishing and advertising standards.

The Mohave Insider reserves the right to edit sponsored materials for formatting, grammar, clarity, length, accuracy, legal concerns, and publication style.

Sponsored content will be appropriately identified so readers can distinguish paid promotional material from independent editorial reporting.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Sponsorship provides advertising and promotional opportunities but does not guarantee specific business results.

The Mohave Insider does not guarantee any specific number of:

• Website visitors

• Social-media views

• Likes, comments, or shares

• Leads

• Customers

• Sales

• Followers

• Clicks

• Revenue

Audience reach and engagement may fluctuate based on news cycles, social-media algorithms, audience interest, platform changes, and other factors outside The Mohave Insider's control.

9. Sponsorship Does Not Purchase News Coverage

A sponsor may be independently covered by The Mohave Insider when the business, organization, individual, or event becomes legitimately newsworthy.

Sponsorship status will not determine whether such coverage is positive, negative, or neutral.

Sponsors may not require The Mohave Insider to remove, alter, suppress, delay, or modify legitimate independent reporting as a condition of sponsorship.

10. Termination by The Mohave Insider

The Mohave Insider reserves the right to discontinue or terminate a sponsorship relationship when a sponsor engages in conduct that could create legal liability, materially damage the publication's reputation, violate these terms, abuse staff, submit fraudulent information, or use The Mohave Insider's name or branding without authorization.

Any payment obligations or refund rights following termination will be determined by the sponsorship agreement and applicable law.

11. Changes to Sponsorship Benefits

The Mohave Insider may make reasonable modifications to sponsorship benefits when necessary because of changes involving its website, publication format, social-media platforms, technology, advertising systems, or business operations.

When practical, comparable promotional value will be substituted when a particular benefit becomes unavailable.

12. Use of Sponsor Name and Logo

During an active sponsorship, the sponsor grants The Mohave Insider permission to use the sponsor's business name, logo, website, approved photographs, and related branding for the purpose of providing and promoting sponsorship benefits.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the sponsor's trademarks or intellectual property.

13. The Mohave Insider Branding

Sponsors may not represent themselves as employees, journalists, official representatives, partners, owners, or agents of The Mohave Insider unless separately authorized in writing.

Participation as a sponsor does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or ownership interest in The Mohave Insider.

14. Cancellation After Initial Commitment

Once the initial 12-month commitment has been completed, cancellation or renewal will be governed by the subscription terms presented at enrollment and any applicable written sponsorship agreement.

Sponsors should submit cancellation requests according to the cancellation procedure provided by The Mohave Insider.

15. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, subscribing to, signing up for, or otherwise participating in a sponsorship package, the sponsor acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.

These terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law.
